Go off Script with the all-new Bailey Endeavour
Go off script with the all-new Bailey Endeavour – the company’s first panel van conversion range – arriving this Autumn.
Endeavour will initially be available in two popular layouts both under 6 metres long and with an MPTLM of 3,500kgs making them suitable to drive by anyone holding a full UK driving licence, without the need for a C1 entitlement.
2-Berth with central kitchen and washroom plus customisable rear lounge which can be used as single beds at night or convert into a double bed
4-Berth with up to 4 travel seats, front lounge, which converts into either twin singles or a double bed at night plus rear kitchen and washroom. Additional double bed in pop top roof above front lounge*
*Access to the pop top roof is not possible if the double bed is made up below
Models are built on ‘Chrome Blue’ Ford Transit base vehicle powered by the latest 2.0 litre 155 bhp engine complete with 6-speed automatic gearbox to ensure Endeavour can take you wherever the road may lead. A fully specified cab includes a host of features to enhance on-the-road comfort with fully adjustable driver and passenger Captain’s seats with dual arm rests, air conditioning and cruise control all included standard. A full in-vehicle infotainment system, featuring a 12” touchscreen HD colour display, incorporating a DAB radio with Apple Carplay /Android Auto, satellite navigation, Bluetooth and USB connectivity also helps make your journey easier, whilst the factory-fit rear-view camera plus front and rear parking sensors will allow you to manoeuvre your vehicle with complete confidence.
Endeavour is equipped with all the essentials required for the enjoyment of the great outdoors, most notably a Thule 3.5m wind out awning, whilst a Truma 100-watt flexible solar panel and a premium 92 ampere/hour leisure battery combine to provide the opportunity for genuine ‘off-grid’ holidays. In short, you’ll be totally self-sufficient.
Models are fitted with a Truma D4E Diesel Combi heating and hot water system which will allow you to holiday whenever the mood takes you. This combined with a fully insulated bodyshell, featuring a 100mm thick bonded floor & 35mm thick bonded ceiling, makes Endeavour a genuine all-weather vehicle, a fact confirmed with the achievement of the highest rating for thermal performance (Grade III Classification of EN1646-I) in rigorous cold chamber testing.
Inside Endeavour really turns on the style with a combination of Bailey ‘Light Oak’, ‘Satin Cashmere’ and Anthracite furniture finishes, working in harmony with premium quality ‘Apollo’ soft furnishings and ‘Hazelnut’ drop in carpets, all beautifully showcased by the panoramic overcab sunroof which floods the living area with natural light, to create the perfect environment to return to after a day of adventures.
The sleek exterior disguises a spacious interior, featuring 1.96 metres of internal headroom, that includes everything you will need for anything from a weekend break to an extended holiday. Fully equipped kitchens, include a Thetford 90 litre compressor refrigerator, a Thetford Triplex combination oven and grill with three burners, plus a separate circular sink with mixer tap. Whilst cleverly designed wet rooms, featuring a space saving revolving tambour partition screen, contain a Thetford cassette toilet and an onboard shower.
As with all Bailey vehicles Endeavour models are pre-wired to facilitate the easy installation of the optional Avtex mobile wi-fi system (by your supplying Retailer) to allow you to remain connected to the outside world when on your travels. The inclusion of four 230v sockets and four USB sockets will ensure you always remain powered up, whilst the Status 570 telescopic digital TV aerial and wall mounted TV bracket, located to allow space for an optional 24” screen, provide the basis for your evening’s entertainment.
The new Endeavor panel van range will be unveiled to the public for the first time at the Motorhome and Caravan Show, NEC, Birmingham (Stand 19-25 Hall 19) Tuesday 17th October.
