Among Daniel’s achievements is the enhancement of Bailey’s remuneration and benefits package, supporting the company’s efforts in recruitment and retention. Additionally, he played a key role in developing a new company values framework, designed to reflect the principles that guide Bailey as a business.

With this promotion, Bailey recognises Daniel’s impactful contributions and is confident that, as Human Resources Director, he will continue to advance a positive and inclusive work culture for all employees.
