Bailey of Bristol Expands Field Sales Operation

Bailey of Bristol strengthens its field sales team to better support its growing Retailer Network across the UK’s leisure vehicle markets.

Bailey of Bristol is excited to announce the expansion of its field sales operation, a strategic move following the company’s successful diversification into new leisure vehicle markets. This expansion reflects Bailey’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and support across its Retailer Network, which now spans over 60 outlets nationwide.

Expanding the company’s sales team follows successful diversification into the campervan leisure vehicle market, with the Endeavour range launched in October 2023.

In line with this growth, Bailey has appointed two new Business Development Executives, Barry McGuinness and Adrian Felkin, to its field sales team. Both Barry and Adrian bring invaluable experience from their previous roles with Bailey Retailers, where they developed deep product knowledge and a strong understanding of the leisure vehicle market.

Barry McGuinness, who joins Bailey after eight years with a prominent Bailey Retailer, and Adrian Felkin, who has spent three years in a similar role, are well-equipped to enhance the quantity and quality of Bailey’s contact with its Retailer Network. Their appointments will enable Bailey to gain a greater appreciation of individual retailer business requirements, ensuring a more personalised and valuable service.

Adrian Felkin spent three years in a similar role at a separate well-known Bailey Retailer, meaning both Barry and Adrian have a deep product knowledge and a strong understanding of the leisure vehicle market.

These new team members will work alongside Ben Pointon (Head of Caravan Sales), Alan Freeman (Head of Motorhome and Campervan Sales), and Clare Hill (Aftercare Executive) to strengthen Bailey’s field sales operation, further supporting the company’s mission to maintain its position as the Nation’s Favourite leisure vehicle brand.

Ian Rawlings, Bailey’s Chief Operating Officer, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Barry and Adrian to the Bailey Sales Team. Their arrival will allow us to work more closely with our retail partners, ensuring that we continue to provide the high level of service and support that Bailey is known for.”
