Advice from Adventurers
Adventure Wheels
Stephen Wills and Karla Baker are the caravanners and outdoor enthusiasts behind Adventure Wheels. Unlike most adventurers, Karla has Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), a genetic condition that means she must use an electric wheelchair for mobility. However, this hasn’t affected their sense of adventure, as they regularly embark on travels in their adapted Bailey Series I Unicorn Valencia.
The Touring Boys
Lee and Simon Grounds-White are the content creators and caravanning duo behind The Touring Boys. Having first began caravanning in their Bailey Unicorn Series II Barcelona, they upgraded to a Unicorn V Cartagena in December 2022. Despite selling their Cartagena in May 2024, they continue to Go Bailey in their pre-owned Unicorn Series I Barcelona.
Tony and Julie Lorton
In 1994, Tony and Julie Lorton bought their first Bailey caravan, a 1980 model, that they purchased second-hand, rebuilt, and took on their first trip to France. A lavish upgrade from their old trailer tent that they used to share with their two young girls. Since then, the Lorton’s have never looked back! 30 years later, they have collected their 17th brand new Bailey leisure vehicle.
The Trudgians
Dan and Angela Trudgian are the couple behind The Trudgians, and if you’ve ever searched for caravanning videos on YouTube, then it’s likely that you’ve come across their channel. With around 60,000 Subscribers and over 14 million total views, they are one of the largest caravan channels out there. Having recently sold their Bailey Ridgeway 640, they currently own a Bailey Alicanto Grande Evora.
The Big European Odyssey
In May 2022, Bailey brand ambassador Marcus Leach, alongside his wife Kim and two children, set off on The Big European Odyssey, an adventure that would see them travel through Europe, Africa and Asia, living full-time in their Adamo 75-4DL motorhome.
The Caravanning Mummy
Rachel Witek, also known as The Caravanning Mummy, is a keen family caravanner based in East Sussex. You may have seen her on Instagram (@thecaravanningmummy) where she shares family caravanning content with over 21,000 followers.
