Warranty Cover
All Bailey touring caravans, motorhomes and campervans are supplied with a body shell integrity warranty and a manufacturer’s component warranty.
Full details of the cover provided can be found in the warranty documents below and in your Owners’ Handbook. This cover is provided subject to the terms and conditions of the policy, in particular, the regular annual servicing of the vehicle.
The base vehicle of a motorhome or campervan has an independent warranty, and any questions regarding this, should be directed to either Ford or Peugeot depending on which model you own.

Vehicle Servicing
In order to protect your investment and to maintain the warranty policy, you must have your caravan, motorhome or campervan serviced annually from new. We strongly recommend that you continue to have your vehicle professionally serviced, even after the warranty has expired.
We would always recommend that the servicing of our vehicles is carried out by an Approved Bailey Retailer or an Approved Bailey Service Centre. You can find your nearest by searching for an Approved Bailey Retailer or Approved Bailey Service Centre. However we will also accept services completed by an NCC approved workshop.
For motorhomes and van conversions, the base vehicle will need to be serviced by the manufacturer’s local Approved Service Centre. Depending on what model you own, please contact the Customer Care Team at either Ford or Peugeot for more information.
The service should take place annually on or around the anniversary of the original date of purchase. We allow a six-week window either side of this date for all services other than the final one of a policy, which must take place on or before the anniversary of the original date of purchase.

Vehicle Warranty Work
If you should experience a problem with your vehicle, your warranty policy agreement is with your supplying Retailer and they are obligated to carry out any warranty work on your behalf.
Alternatively, all Approved Bailey Retailer or an Approved Bailey Service Centres (you can find your nearest using our Find a Retailer page) are authorised carry out this work, but it is at the discretion of the individual Retailer whether they wish take on any additional customers who have not purchased the vehicle from themselves.

Vehicle Warranty Transfer
The balance of the Bailey warranty supplied with your vehicle is fully transferable to new owners if it is re-sold, provided the terms and conditions, most notably the annual servicing of the vehicle, have been adhered to.
To transfer the warranty please email the following information to [email protected], alternatively please post the following information to Bailey of Bristol, South Liberty Lane, Bristol, BS3 2SS:
- Customer name, address, and vehicle VIN number.
- Photocopy or scan of your Owner’s Manual confirming the service history of the vehicle.
- Photocopy or scan of a proof of purchase of the vehicle.
A £50.00 Transfer of Warranty administration fee applies, this can be facilitated by a Bank Transfer (email application) or by cheque (postal application). Please see the Warranty Transfer Form below for more details.
You will receive confirmation of the transfer of warranty in approximately 2-4 weeks. Please note that this must be done within three months of your purchase date for the warranty to remain valid.

Vehicle Warranty Extension
Extensions to the standard Bailey vehicle warranties provided with your new caravan, motorhome or campervan are available through your supplying Retailer.
As with all warranties terms and conditions apply. Please note also that these are sold as insurance based policies and as such are independent of Bailey of Bristol.
